We accept both digital scans (intraoral scans) and traditional Stone Model/PVS impressions  (which will be poured into study models).
-We recommend capturing/recording all of the tissue anatomy in edentulous spaces (for free-end saddle cases)
-Impressions/intraoral scans should record the entire anatomy of the arch of interest.
-We prefer receiving both a bite registration and an impression/intraoral scan of the opposing arch.

You may print a shipping label by logging into your account on our website and choosing “shipping label” from the menu on the left. Then select your preferred shipping method (overnight or standard shipping) and your state. Click “Print shipping label” to generate a printable PDF version.

CBCT and CT scans are the only types of radiographs we accept. For more accurate radiographic evaluation of your scans, we recommend that your CBCT scan meets the following criteria:
1.Use a slice thickness of 0.4 -0.5 mm.
2.Make sure the patient does not move.
3.Make sure the patient is oriented correctly so that the occlusal plane is horizontal.
4.The FOV must cover the arch of interest and at least 5 mm of the opposing dentition.
5.The patient's teeth must be separated (advise patient to bite on cotton rolls).
6.The lips and cheeks must be pulled away from the gingiva using cotton rolls.

Yes you can print your own surgical guide.
Simply send us the type and parameters of your printer, and we will design the guide accordingly then send it to you as an STL file ready for you to print instantly!

The turnaround time for our services is as follows:
‍Radiology reports: the standard turnaround time is 3 business days. You may receive it within 1 business day for an extra rush fee.
‍Surgical guides: the standard turnaround time is 3 - 5 Business days from the date of confirmation of the plan (either verbal confirmation during the session or by email). You may receive it within 3 business days for an extra rush free.
‍GFMR / Restorations: 4 business weeks from the date of approval of the treatment plan & the virtual wax-up. iSmile: 4 business weeks from the date of approval of the treatment plan.
